Palm Beach International Boat Show (PBIBS) is an upscale annual event that Flexjet aircraft owners (an ultra-high-net-worth audience) are invited to attend, with special hospitality provided by the Flexjet events team once they arrive.

In March 2025, another owner-focused event, Seaside Sips & Suits with ISAIA, was taking place in the same area during the same timeframe as PBIBS. To avoid overwhelming inboxes, I was tasked with designing a single initial invitation that allowed owners to RSVP for either event within one streamlined email. A second reminder email, focused solely on the boat show, was scheduled to send one week prior to the event.

In Flexjet’s world, when aircraft owners RSVP to events, it generates flight revenue: the more hours traveled, the greater the return. Naturally, the goal was to entice owners with a well-designed, elegant email invitation that drove RSVP responses and felt aligned with the level of experience they expect.

For these designs, I focused on capturing the bright, sunny atmosphere of Palm Beach. I used Flexjet’s Cashmere Cream background as a foundation, incorporated an eye-catching hero GIF that rotates event-related photography, and layered in palm fronds as subtle background elements to guide the eye down through the body of the email to the very end. Because white space is essential in luxury branding, the designs keep paragraph spacing airy and ensures each element has adequate room to breathe.

Both emails were designed in Photoshop, prototyped in Adobe XD, and then handed off to the in-house development team for coding and deployment.
